In May, SurePoint Ag Systems held an event called "Match Month", matching $1 to $1 donations from our employees to go to select organizations in need of funds. SurePoint selected Rawlins County CORE Community, Rawlins County Pickleball-Tennis Court Project and Atwood Country Club (ACC) Irrigation Project as the three local organizations that the collection's received during this event would support.
"Giving back to our community is something that is near and dear to our hearts,"said Cathy Domsch with SurePoint Ag. "We couldn't have thought of three more deserving organizations for these donations."
The Rawlins County Pickleball-Tennis Court Project received a check in the amount of $2,000, Rawlins County CORE Community received a donation in the amount of $2,260, and ACC Irrigation Project received a pledge for the amount of $12,000. ACC Irrigation Project will receive the full amount pledged once their project is fully funded.
"We were blown away at the amounts contributed from our in-house employees," said Domsch. "We look forward in giving back in the future to other organizations that could use the support."
The total amount of employee contributions were $8,130, with SurePoint matching dollar for dollar, for the total event contributions of $16,260.
