How to Submit a Request
To help us review donation requests consistently, please complete our Donation Request Form and submit it by email.

Email Your Request
Email your completed form and supporting information to donations@surepointag.com.
Donation Request Considerations
Causes We Support

Requests We Cannot Approve
SurePoint Ag will not approve requests for:

Cash giveaways or cash door prizes
-
Political campaigns
Request Guidelines
Review submission timelines and learn what to expect after your request is submitted.
Standard Requests
Submit your request at least 2–3 weeks before your event or deadline.
Requests of $500 or More
Submit your request at least 4 weeks before your event or deadline.
Approval & Check Processing
Once your request has been reviewed we will notify you by email. If approved, we will send any SurePoint Ag logos or other materials you may need.
Donation checks are processed on Mondays and mailed directly to the organization.
After Your Event
We appreciate seeing the impact of the organizations and programs we support.
After your event or fundraiser, please email photos, final results, or a brief update to donations@surepointag.com, when possible.
