Intern Spotlight: Recognizing Our 2026 Student Interns

SurePoint Ag Systems was thrilled to host several new student interns this summer, as well as welcoming back some repeat interns. This talented group of young talent made contributions in several departments, furthering our mission to innovate and lead in the agriculture industry.




These students worked hard and hopefully had some fun along the way. Below you can read more about each of our new interns in 2026.


Ian Anderson

Mechanical Engineering Intern


Ian is from Ludell, Kansas and enjoys riding motorcycles and wrestling in his spare time. He helped assemble a test cart this summer, and is interested in pursuing a career in mechanical engineering.

Jill McArthur

Accounting Intern


Jill is from Trenton, Nebraska and is studying business administration and accounting, and will be a sophomore in college this year. She assisted in the accounting department, handling tasks such as entering payments, processing and matching invoices, and other administrative work. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Alan Espinosa

Mechanical Engineering Intern


Alan is from Kansas City, Kansas and is studying engineering. He spent the summer working on a new test stand, helping in the shop, and improving his skills in SolidWorks. In his free time, Alan enjoys working out, fishing, golfing, and working on cars.

Jeremiah Lare

Embedded Engineering Intern


Jeremiah is from Atwood, Kansas and is studying software engineering and spent the summer learning different types of coding and working with CAN and valves. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and playing video games with friends.

Erik Anderson

Embedded Engineering Intern


Erik is from Atwood, Kansas and is studying software engineering and spent the summer writing PCAN (Python coding) to open and close a valve. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, golfing, and playing games.

Sam Rivard

Manufacturing Engineering Intern


Sam is originally from North Carolina, but was raised most of his life in Olathe, Kansas. He's studying mechanical engineering at Kansas State University with a minor in physics. He spent the summer doing a time study for building spray trailers and designed a new bulk hose management area for the warehouse. In his free time, he enjoys playing disc golf, working out, and recently competed in a triathlon.


We are proud of this year's interns and grateful for their contributions to SurePoint Ag. We look forward to seeing their continued growth and success in their future careers!
