Tiaan van Loggerenberg
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Tiaan grew up in Pretoria, South Africa and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering before working in bulk material handling and agriculture. His career led him to Orthman Manufacturing, where he worked as a Senior Design Engineer for four years in South Africa and in Lexington, Nebraska. In 2019, he moved to the United States to further his career in ag manufacturing. Tiaan brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge. He joined the SurePoint Team in early 2023 as a Senior Design Engineer. He says he was attracted to SurePoint because of the innovative things going on, and because the energy and enthusiasm for creating practical solutions for farmers is exciting to be a part of.
Outside of work, Tiaan enjoys spending time with his wife, Jackie, and their two children. As an outdoor enthusiast, his not-so-secret hobby is seeking out new fishing spots in weird locations.
