Matt Konieczka

Matt Konieczka serves as a Planter Technology Product Specialist for SurePoint Ag Systems, supporting growers and dealers across the Midwest and surrounding states.

He grew up in southern Illinois and is a graduate of Mascoutah High School. Prior to joining SurePoint Ag, Matt supported growers across southern Ohio and northern Kentucky as an Integrated Solutions Consultant with Ag-Pro Companies and previously as a Precision Ag Specialist with Bane-Welker.

Matt’s passion for agriculture runs deep, with roots on his family’s farm in Louisiana, where he spent summers growing up working alongside relatives and learning firsthand the value of practical, results-driven ag technology. At SurePoint Ag, he focuses on helping customers understand, configure, and get the most out of planter technology upgrades that fit their operations.

Outside of work, Matt and his wife, Kelsey, enjoy traveling to visit family and spending time on the water, including boating trips on area lakes and weekend outings along the Ohio River. He also enjoys bow hunting, fishing, and golfing in his free time.
