Lee Kilpatrick

Lee Kilpatrick serves as Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US at SurePoint Ag Systems, where he works alongside dealers and sales teams to bring precision ag solutions to the field. He joined SurePoint in 2026 and focuses on strengthening dealer relationships while delivering the level of service and product quality that defines the SurePoint brand.

Lee brings more than two decades of experience in sales and leadership roles across the agriculture and technology sectors. Prior to SurePoint, he spent 24 years with companies that evolved through growth and acquisition, including BBI and Salford Group, where he held roles such as Director of Sales & Marketing and U.S. Sales Manager. Earlier in his career, Lee worked at Motorola as both a Regional Channel Representative and Market Specialist in port and transportation industries.

Raised in Morrow, Georgia, Lee grew up around a diversified farming operation and later studied Finance at West Georgia College. He now lives in Darien, Georgia, with his wife, Deborah. They have two children and operate a family farm in North Georgia producing beef and hay. In his free time, Lee enjoys fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with family.
