Dick Muhlbeier

Dick Muhlbeier serves as a Regional Sales Manager at SurePoint Ag Systems, working closely with dealers and sales teams to support the successful implementation of SurePoint solutions. He began working with SurePoint in 2008 and developed a strong connection to the company’s culture and commitment to customer service, which continues to shape his approach today.

He grew up on a farm in Washington’s Columbia Basin and attended Walla Walla Community College, building a strong foundation in both agriculture and technology. Prior to joining SurePoint Ag, Dick spent 27 years with a John Deere dealer organization, serving in roles ranging from technician and Precision Ag Specialist to store manager and regional precision agriculture leader. He led precision ag strategy across multiple states, developing teams and helping deliver measurable value to growers.

Dick lives near Pasco, Washington on the family farm with his wife, Sharon. They have two children, Hannah and Mack. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time in his shop working on hands-on projects, including a recent frame-up resto-mod restoration of a 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass.
