Cathy Domsch

Cathy has worked at SurePoint Ag for over 8 years. She currently works as the HR Manager and Organizational Health Coach. She worked in the non-profit sector for over 20 years, mostly with community foundations. She achieved her dream of creating a regional community foundation for Northwest Kansas after working for the ACE Foundation, as well as the Bird City Century II Development Foundation. She enjoys working with the amazing people at SurePoint and believes they really do strive to live by their core values.

Cathy was born and raised in Atwood, Kansas, and she graduated from Fort Hays State University. She and her husband, Kirk, have one adult daughter. Cathy loves spending time outdoors, and also has her own business as an organizational coach, facilitator, and trainer. She feels blessed to be able to work for herself as well as for SurePoint and loves being able to bring new ideas to each of her clients.
