Joel Rodencal

Joel has been a team member of SurePoint Ag since 2019 and manages a wide variety of technology, production, and troubleshooting. Prior to SurePoint, Joel worked for a technology company servicing Microsoft Dynamics 2000 for 19 years. Joel has grown to appreciate the passion that his fellow employees have for SurePoint Ag’s growth, and likes hearing the origin stories of the business.

Joel grew up outside of McCook, Nebraska, and worked at several large farming operations in the area. After high school, Joel attended the University of Concordia. Joel and his wife have two children. He treasures the time he spends with his family, and enjoys camping and electronic gaming. Joel, alongside his father and sisters, is color blind. However, he takes pride in the fact that he is the only lefty in the family.
